Care workers and senior care workers in Portsmouth
We are recruiting carers and senior carers for domiciliary care and supported living roles in Portsmouth and surrounding areas. Applicants must already be in the UK for any in-country sponsorship consideration.
Who can apply
- People with relevant care experience who can provide safe, respectful, person-centred support.
- Applicants able to meet the right-to-work, reference and DBS requirements for the role.
- For senior roles, experience supporting colleagues and contributing to care plans and quality checks.
In-country UKVI sponsorship
We will consider applicants already in the UK who may meet the current rules for care workers (occupation code 6135) or senior care workers (6136). This normally requires either at least three months of lawful work for Qualitcare24-7 in the relevant role before a Certificate of Sponsorship is assigned, or previous Skilled Worker permission in an eligible care occupation with continuous permission. Every case is assessed individually. A job application does not guarantee sponsorship, and we cannot sponsor an applicant applying for entry clearance from overseas for these roles.
