About us
Qualitcare24-7 Ltd is a Portsmouth-based care provider supporting people in their own homes and through supported living. We have served local communities since 2017. Our services include personal care, live-in care, respite support and tailored support for people with dementia, learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs.
Care built around the person
We start by listening to what matters to each person. A care plan sets out the support they want, their routines, preferences and any assessed risks. We work with families, advocates and health and social care professionals where appropriate, and review support as needs change.
